Koishi Fall support

Let us get you playing again.

The quickest route is the answer below. If it does not solve the problem, email SideDoor Ltd and tell us what happened.

Contact support

Email us with your device model, operating-system version, the game mode and the steps that led to the problem. If you know the app version, include that too.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details or account security codes. Crop personal notifications and other private information out of screenshots before attaching them.

Why is there no sound?

Version one is deliberately silent. Your speakers are not broken and no audio permission is missing. Koishi Fall uses optional haptic feedback for lock, clear and lotus events. You can turn haptics off in Settings.

Tiles are hard to distinguish or reach

Open Settings from the menu or pause screen. You can:

Haptics do not work

  1. Check that Haptics is on in Koishi Fall Settings.
  2. Check that vibration or system haptics are enabled in your device settings.
  3. Turn off battery-saving or do-not-disturb modes that suppress vibration.

Some tablets and phones do not include a haptic motor. The game remains fully playable without it.

A run did not continue

Koishi Fall saves the open run locally when you leave play. If Continue is missing, the saved run may have been completed, deliberately ended, removed with the app's storage or written by an incompatible test build.

There is no account or cloud save, so SideDoor Ltd cannot recover a lost run or record from a server.

What happens if I delete or reinstall the app?

Deleting Koishi Fall or clearing its Android storage normally removes local settings, records and the open run. A device backup may restore them later, depending on your Apple or Google backup settings.

What does Stack settled mean?

Zen mode is endless. If the board becomes completely blocked after the lotus rescue, Koishi Fall removes enough crowded rows to return the stack to a safe height. The five-second Stack settled notice tells you exactly when that last-resort recovery happened. Classic mode does not settle the stack. A blocked board ends the run.

The game is frozen or the controls are unresponsive

  1. Check whether the game is paused or a menu is open.
  2. Return to the menu and continue the saved run.
  3. If that fails, close Koishi Fall fully and open it again.
  4. Install the latest store update when one is available.

If the problem returns, email support before reinstalling so your description is not lost. Include what the board was doing and which controls flashed or stopped responding.

Privacy

The app has no account, ads, analytics or tracking. Settings, records and the open run stay local. Read the full Koishi Fall privacy notice.
